The Phase II HOA Board of Directors signed HOA Resolution 2021-001 "Estoppel Certificates" in Summer 2021. The resolution can be found under the Newsletters and Other Info tab. Estoppel certificates are required when selling a home in this HOA; the Settlement Company requests the certificate from the HOA; the Seller pays the estoppel fee at closing.
