Garbage Cans
Bring your garbage cans in from the street as soon as possible.
Street Lights
Turn
them on at dusk. Some homeowners have purchased dusk
to dawn light sensors at the local hardware store to
automatically turn them on.
Grass/Side Walks
Edging is very important. If the the grass builds up around the edge of the sidewalks, over time it can cause the sidewalk to crack. Besides it looks really nice. Also, remember to be considerate of those walking on your sidewalk. Overgrown trees and shrubs need to be trimmed and maintained.
Speeding
Please slow down, there might be children playing around the corner. The HOA has asked the police department to patrol our streets.
Nails
From time to time, people have found nails on the road. If you are out walking or just visiting the neighbors and you come across one, please remove it from the highway. Just stick the nail straight down into the ground and we will all be thankful for it.

Stay on the road. Many homeowners have sprinkler systems that can be damaged if drivers hit them.
